Walsingham Academy is a Virginia Naturally School for a sixth consecutive year! 

The Virginia Board of Education has recognized the Virginia Naturally School program as the official environmental education school recognition program for the Commonwealth, administered by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.  This program recognizes the efforts of Virginia schools to increase the environmental awareness and stewardship of our youngest citizens. 

Walsingham Academy works with the community, resource agencies and businesses to include education about the environment in the curriculum.  This is not a one-time award but one upon which Walsingham establishes to achieve additional recognitions each year!
