The evening will feature a silent auction, seated dinner, and an exciting live auction, followed by live music, dancing, and more at our very own Trojan Sky Lounge.
This year’s event will play a vital role in enhancing our Lower School Early Learners, Junior Kindergarten, and Kindergarten classrooms. These important improvements, including enclosing the outdoor porches, refreshing paint, updating furniture, and improving lighting, are essential to creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment for our youngest learners.

We invite all Walsingham grandparents to participate by making a tax-deductible donation in honor of their grandchild(ren).

Donate an auction item
Each year, the strength of the Walsingham community—alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends—plays a vital role in the success of our Auction. Your generosity, creativity, talents, and connections help secure exciting items and experiences that make this event so special and directly benefit every student at Walsingham Academy. Every contribution, big or small, enriches student life and strengthens our community. Your involvement truly makes a difference.
If you know a business or organization that might be interested in donating, please contact the Auction Committee first at auction@walsingham.org to coordinate outreach. We’ll provide everything you need to make the process easy.
WAYS TO HELP
We invite you to participate by making a tax-deductible donation of merchandise, services, or gift certificates. In recognition, your company’s name will be featured on signage the night of the event.
- Leverage your connections! Let us know if you have a relationship with a restaurant, boutique, salon, golf course, or other business that might donate a gift card, product, or experience.
- Team up with a friend or other parents to create a themed basket — ideas include “Family Game Night,” “Wine & Cheese,” or “Relax & Recharge.”
- Offer personal or family resources:
- Donate airline miles or reward points to help us build unique travel packages.
- Offer a stay at your vacation home, timeshare, or condo for a weekend getaway.
- Share sporting event tickets or special experiences that others can enjoy.
- Contribute your own time or talents, such as photography, baked goods, art, or services.
- Encourage family and friends to join in the fun!
