Tuition

Tuition may be paid on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly basis.

There is a $100 discount for annual payers and a $50 discount for semi-annual payers.

 

Annual payments are due by July 30th.  Schedules for other payment plans will be established when enrolling in FACTS.

 

 

FACTS Enrollment

For families paying tuition semi-annually, quarterly or monthly, enrollment in FACTS is mandatory.  

 

FACTS charges the following one-time yearly fees:

  • Annual - $10 per student (No fee for annual payments made directly to Walsingham by July 30th)
  • Semi-annual - $15 per student
  • Quarterly or Monthly - $41 for the 1st student, $20.50 for the 2nd student, and each student after is free.

If you are paying by credit card there is an additional convenience fee of 2.5%.

 

Advanced Deposit

A $500 non-refundable advanced deposit is due upon registration/acceptance for each student. This deposit will be applied to tuition.

 

Discounts

You may qualify for the following discounts:

  • Family Discount - 10% tuition discount is applied to each additional child after the oldest child enrolled. There is no discount for Pre-Kindergarten students.
  • Payment of tuition Annually - $100
  • Payment of tuition Semi-annual - $50

 

Additional Fees

The following are fees which are not covered under tuition costs:

  • Parent Board: $40 per Family.
  • Activity Fee: $100 fee goes towards the cost of field trips and the cost of student related activities for the Upper School and Lower School.
  • Plant Maintenance Fees: Each new family is assessed a one time fee of $500 for plant maintenance for students entering grades Kindergarten through 12.
  • Textbooks: Lower School students rent texts $100 to $400, varying by grade. Upper School students purchase the texts for their classes.
  • Advanced Placement Courses: Students in the Upper School pay $90 per AP course.
  • Graduation Fees: Seniors in the Upper School have a one time $90 graduation fee.
  • Class Dues: 8th grade $20, 9th grade $25, 10th grade $30, 11th grade $40 and 12th grade $50
  • LS Supply Fee: $20 per student.
  • Band Fees: $200. 

Financial Policies:

  • Enrollment of a student is understood to be a full-year contract.
  • The first payment of a student's tuition must be made prior to that student being admitted for class.
  • Each semester must be paid to date before a student will be admitted to the next semester.
  • Report cards, transcripts, diplomas, and recommendations will not be issued until financial obligations are fulfilled.
