Camp Objective and Instruction:
Our staff will provide a positive and encouraging environment in which to nurture the development of each player. Prepare all levels of players for their preseason. Skill sessions will be progressive and challenging. Game play will be geared to help the players apply the skills learnt into game play. Small teaching ratios ensure optimal learning environment for all skill levels. Specialized instruction is offered to Goalkeepers. |

Daily Schedule:
8.30am Players check-in
8.45am Warm-up for the morning session
9am - 11.30am Skills sessions
11.30am Cool down
11.45am Break for lunch - Cafeteria will be available to the athletics to eat in (air conditioned)
12.45pm Athletes report back to the field for afternoon session
1pm Warm-up for the afternoon session
1:15pm Team Skills - with their afternoon team group.
1:45pm Game play
3 pm Check out for the day |
